Yogurt/Bread Rise program
Yogurt/Bread Rise program can be used to make yogurt or raise
bread/pastry dough.
• Place the ingredients in the cooking pot and close the lid. When
raising dough, you can knead the dough directly in the cooking
pot then place the cooking pot in the housing and close the lid.
• Turn the control panel knob to the right to reach Yogurt/Bread
Rise program . The screen displays the default cooking time.
• Optional: Press and set the desired time by turning the
control panel knob to the right (to increase time) or to the left
(to decrease time).
