You cannot scan long receipt using Epson Smart Panel.

Placing Envelopes

Load envelopes into the left side of the input slot facing up making sure that the opened edge (flap side) of the
envelope is facing to the side. For envelopes with the opened edge (flap side) on the shorter side, you can load the
envelope with the bottom edge (non flap side) facing into the scanner.
