1 Sample identification bar - contains patient information for a patient test or
information about the quality control (QC) for a QC test
Test information bar - displays the:

‒ test name and version
‒ test end time (if applicable)
‒ repeat indicator
‒ cartridge symbol
‒ test sequence number
If the test is a repeat test, the repeat icon appears next to the test number.
