To enable the crosshair (reticle) option on the Hikmicro THUNDER TH35PC, follow these steps:

1. Press the button to enter the menu.
2. Use the navigation buttons to select "Type" and press to switch the reticle type. There are 10 reticle types available.
3. (Optional) Select "Freeze" and press to enable or disable the function. This helps adjust the cursor position on a frozen image.
4. (Optional) Select "Zoom" and press to change the zoom ratio.
5. Use the navigation buttons to adjust the X and Y coordinates to position the reticle as needed.
6. Press the movement buttons to adjust the reticle until it reaches the desired position.
7. Hold the button to exit and confirm the changes.

This will enable and adjust the reticle on your device.
