How Do I Get Warranty Service?

To get service under your emissions warranties, take your
vehicle to any Aston Martin Dealer as soon as possible after
it has failed an EPA-approved test or a California Smog
Check inspection. Be sure to show the dealer the document
that says your vehicle has failed the test.
The Aston Martin will decide whether the repair is covered
by the warranty. If there is a question about coverage, the
final decision must be made by Aston Martin within 30 days
after you bring in your vehicle for repair (The decision will be
made within a shorter time if the law requires you to have
the vehicle repaired more quickly in order to avoid
additional penalties). However, your Aston Martin Dealer
does not have to meet the deadline if you request a delay or
agree to a delay, or if the delay is caused by an event for
which neither Aston Martin nor your Aston Martin Dealer is
responsible.
