g) Avoid repairing or squeezing tubing under pressure (Fig. 9). h) Before starting your daily work, always carry out the recommended checking operations . The accident prevention rules and all other safety requisitions and job medicines must be always observed. The machine should be: 1.
4. USE OF THE MACHINE 4.1 Important immediate knowledge The machine should be: used by a person over 18 years old; put into service only by a person who has the Fig. 11 knowledge of its particular characteristics and of the main safety procedures of the machine.
4.2.1 Machine controls Before starting work with your new machine read that which is written in the following pages and put it into practice. Machine controls are (see Fig. 13) : 1. Display control (ADX); 2. Main line light; 3. Emergency light; 4.
Page 21
1) Display control ADX ( 1 Fig. 13 ) This control panel allows utilisation of some very important machine’s peculiarities. Before starting to work with your new machine please read what is written in the following pages of the manual maintenance and use instructions for a correct machine running.

28) Push button for right side conveyor reverse rotation ( 28 Fig. 13) By pressing this button we activate rotation of discharge conveyor in rotation direction as shown in Fig. 29. To disingage operation press button 26 Fig. 13 29) Push button for left side conveyor direct rotation ( 29 Fig.
4.2.2 Weighing checking instruments (1-Fig. 33) It allows the weighing of each component of the mixture introduced in the loading tank. Please read carefully the handbook enclosed to the machine. 4.3 Machine start up Fig. 33 Before starting up the machine chech that all functions are out of service.

Open discharge doors (Fig. 37) ) by presing the p. buttons 10 e 25 Fig. 13 (door’s opening height fix the material’s quantity to be unloaded). After having completely unloaded the machine proceed for a stop or a new loading as follows: Close the discharge doors (Fig.
4.4 Loading of the products For rapid, uniform and perfect mixture of the produce, follow these directions: 1. keep the machine Fig. 40 on horizontal plane in the phases of cutting and mixing; 2. insert the produce in the following order: a) gradually insert dry, fibrous produce, hay or straw, and carry out a pre-cutting of the produce of 10-15 Fig.
5. ADJUSTMENTS No adjustment must be carried out with the engine running. 5.1 Chains adjustment a) Check the tension of the gearing chains (Fig. 42). If, during the reversal of the augers rotation there are knocking sounds, this means that the gearing chains are not at the right tension and have become loose.
Timing of the augers is accomplished by rotating one auger in respect of the other to reach of the relative conditions at two zones like of succession specified. Remember that the words “right” and “left” are those indicated in Fig. 45. 5.2.1 Adjustment of the augers Starting from the transmission auger side and following the external auger profile, there is a variation of the...
6.1 Maintenance of the control panel With reference to the norms (D.P.R. 547/55 -D.Lgs. 626/94 - Ref. to norms CEI 64-8 IV ed.) The elctric control panel will have to be checked regularly by specialised personnel, making the requested ordinary maintenace interventions.
