Step 6 . Press the handlebar retract positioning button and raise the handlebar to the desired
height. Tightly close the quick release lever (D). Make sure the quick release lever is
securely tightened. You should have to press firmly on the quick release lever to close it. If the
quick release lever is loose when closed, open the quick release, thumb tighten the quick release
thumb screw and then firmly close it. Press down on the t-bar to make sure t-bar does not retract
down while quick release is locked. IF T-BAR MOVES DOWN, MAKE SURE TO TIGHTEN THE
QUICK RELEASE THUMB SCREW MORE AND TIGHTEN THE QUICK RELEASE LEVER AGAIN.
FOLDING YOUR SCOOTER:
Step 1. Make sure the scooter is off. The LCD screen on the right handle grip should not be lit.
Open the handlebar quick release lever (D). Lower handlebar T-bar to the folded position (E1).
The handlebar retract positioning button should lock into place in the folded position. Close the
quick release lever (D). If you do not close the quick release lever, you should not proceed
to fold the t-bar handle in step 2 below.
