Overview of the Processor Heatsink Module (PHM)
The Processor Heatsink Module (PHM) contains 1) a heatsink, 2) a narrow processor clip,
and 3) Intel Xeon Scalable-SP or 2nd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable-SP series processors.
