Perform the following inspections at least once a year.

Description
Measure the
temperature
and humidity
with a
hydrometer
and thermom-
eter and mea-
sure corrosive
gas. They
must be
within specifi-
cations.
There must be
no dirt, dust,
oil, or other
foreign mat-
ter on the
Machine Con-
troller.
There must be
no looseness
in terminal
screws or con-
nector lock
screws.
Correction
Remove
sources of
contamina-
tion or
improve the
installation
environ-
ment.
Clean the
Machine
Controller
with air or a
cloth.
Tighten the
screws.
