The lower-limit for the current value or resistance value is set as the reference for pass/fail judgment. When the measured current value or resistance value is below the reference value, a fail judgment is determined for the test target. If a pass/fail judgment is not to be performed based on the lower-limit value for a DCW test, the test lower-limit value can be set to off. In case of a DCW test, setting a lower-limit value slightly less than the leakage current specific to the test target can be used as a simplified contact check.
