Problem
The de-
vice can't
turn on.
Can't
adjust the
time/
intensity/
mode.
Possible
Cause
Low battery.
The device is
charging.
The power
button cannot
move.
The power
button fails.
The screen is
locked.
Charge the battery and a full
charge may need 2-3 hours.
Unplug the charging cable
and then turn it on again.
The button may be stuck,
please shake the body, and
then try to dial the button.
If the button is already in
the ON position, toggle it to
the OFF position and try to
restart.
If there's a lock icon
the to middle of the screen,
please press and hold the
Button for 3 seconds to
unlock it.
