To remove and store Auvon electrode pads:

1. Turn off the device by pressing the power button for a few seconds.
2. Grab a corner of the electrode pad and slowly peel it away from the skin. Do not pull the wire, and avoid touching the gel.
3. Place the sticky side of the pad on the transparent film or pad holder.
4. Gently remove the lead wire connector from the electrode pads.
5. Store the electrode pads in the storage bag and reseal tightly to prevent drying out.
6. Keep them at room or cool temperature (5°C-35°C/41°F-95°F) and away from direct sunlight.
7. Organize the wires with a cable tie and store everything in the pouch.

The Auvon device has multiple modes that serve different purposes. Some modes are designed for TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation), which helps relieve pain, while others are EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) modes, used to stimulate and build muscles. The device allows switching between these modes using a "mode" button. When changing modes, the device defaults to a lower intensity level for safety. Each mode has a number on the display, and the blinking channel (A or B) indicates which output is being adjusted.
