HOW TO REMOVE STYLISH POLY-FOAM Open the carton, then you will see as left showing. Take out all the components, except the machine, then remove the POLYFOAM (1) and take out the components inside the polyfoam. Please put these components at side for further assemble.

POLYFOAM(4) POLYFOAM(3) HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE CONNECTION PEDAL TUBE After turn the main frame(A), remove the stylish poly-foam (3, 4) firstly. Equip the connection pedal tube (G) onto main frame (A) and using screws(J1) to tight it. HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE SADDLE WITH UPPER SLIDE TRACK Equip saddle (E) onto upper slide track (D) as shown, then using screws(J1) to tight upper slide track (D) with main frame (A).

HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE REAR STABILIZER Pull up the upper slide track(D) and equipped rear stabilizer (C) on. Using screws (J1) to tight rear stabilizer with upper slide track (D). HOW TO ASSEMBLE AND ADJUST THE PEDAL Equip right pedal(F1) onto connection pedal tube(G) and using screws(J1), washers(J2) to tight it. If you would like to adjust the pedal, please loosen the nut(F10) and knob(F9) first.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE MACHINE It’s strictly recommend for two people operate when you would like to fold the machine to avoid any further injure happened. Loosen the knob(A4) then pull it down. Fold up the slide tracking as shown, then tight the knob. Please be noted to hold the slide tracking until the know is fixed tightly.

HOW TO FIX PEDAL STRAP (1). Tight the pedal strap(F13) after you find the fix position is proper for you. (2). The same way to adjust left side pedal strap. TOOL **Notice about Adjustmentof Upper Slide Track (D) and Sliding Track (E1) There are 3 pieces of screws (E9*1pc and E3*2pcs) as the diagram shown under the sliding track (E1).
