To open the configuration PDF for the TESTO 184 and set a report with data, follow these steps:
1. Remove the USB cap from the TESTO 184 data logger. 2. Plug the data logger into the USB port of a computer. 3. Wait for a window to open automatically. 4. Double-click the configuration file to open it (no installation or download is required). 5. Ensure that a PDF reader is installed on the computer. 6. Configure the settings, select the data logger model, and export the configuration as an XML file. 7. The XML file is saved on the data logger, completing the configuration.
This process allows you to generate a measurement report when the data logger is used.

In order to ensure conformity of the testo Comfort Software 21 CFR Part 11 and the testo Saveris CFR Software, configuration via the PDF file is no longer possible once the testo 184 USB transport data logger has been configured using the above- mentioned software.

Saveris CFR Software including transport add-ons is required (accessory). Please consult the relevant software instruction manual for this. The shock values of the testo 184 G1 data logger are not available as separately readable data. The shock values are only shown in the graphic.
The saved measurement data and generated PDF reports, however, remain permanently stored. An interruption of the power supply leads to the testo 184 USB transport data logger's time settings being reset. In order to reinstate the correct time setting, configuration must be carried out via the PDF file, the Comfort Software or the testo Saveris 184 config tool.
7. Reconfigure the data logger, see the section Configuring the data logger. For verification of battery performance, we only used batteries from EVE and Panasonic. This is why we recommend using batteries from these manufacturers in our testo 184 product. 6.2. Cleaning the instrument CAUTION Damage to the sensor! >...
