This feature allows a Kyocera support professional to remotely connect to your phone to assist
you. To receive this free support, follow the instructions below.
Get Kyocera Support
The Kyocera call center provides free remote support. (USA and Canada only)
1. From the Support & services screen, select Remote Support.
2. Highlight FREE KYOCERA SUPPORT and press the Center soft key
3. Contact the Kyocera Call Center at 1-800-349-4478 to let them know you need remote
support.
4. Highlight Display Support Code and press the Center soft key
5. Provide the call center personnel the Support Code that is displayed.
6. Highlight Allow and press the Center soft key
