If a Kyocera Pro 2 Verizon phone is fully charged but won't reboot or turn on, try the following:

1. Press and hold the Power button until the screen lights up.
2. If the phone does not respond, ensure the battery is properly charged using the original AC adapter.
3. Check that all port covers are securely closed to prevent damage.
4. If the phone still does not turn on, contact a KYOCERA authorized service center.

If these steps do not work, the issue may require professional service.
