Instruction Manual for Pastry Sheeter 520T 3.1 Intended Operation This machine has been designed and manufactured for the safe sheeting of dough’s (i.e puff pastry, Danish and croissant dough’s) with the use of a reversible motor to drive the pressure rollers and sheeter conveyor belts utilising a synchronized two speed in/out feed prevents the stretching and tearing of the dough.
