Outlet Fitting, Screw-Type, continuation
For external lubricant volume combination L2-L5, one
connecting bar 4, closure plug(s) 5, and one outlet fitting
are to be used as follows:
Which screw fitting is used with a 1/4" thread per outlet is,
with multiple outlet volume, dependent on the connec-
tion thread or the tube diameter to which it should be con-
nected:

IMPORTANT
If an outlet fitting Item 6a is used, an addi-
tional tube connection fitting is required.

Mount a rubber-line sealing washer 3 to each outlet bore
between the connecting bar 4 and the metering device
housing 1.
Depending on the connecting bar, 2, 3, 4 or 5 adjacent
outlet bores (1-3-5-7-9-11-13 or 2-4-6-8-10-12-14) can be
combined in order to obtain two (L
or five (L
) metered outlet volumes at the open outlet.

There is no mandatory assignment for allocation of the
connecting bar 4 with the outlet fitting 6 and closure
plug(s) 5.
After assembling the outlet fittings, lay and connect hose
lines DN6, DN8 or DN10 per outlet to the appropriate lu-
brication points according to the lubrication plan.

Hose fittings
For the hose connection to the SSVDL metering device
provide hose fittings 8 mm for GE8LR1/4", 10 mm for
GE10LR1/4" or 12 mm for GE12LR1/4" (GERV) and the
respective screw sleeves or crimp sleeves corresponding
to the straight fittings or the screw fittings.
High-pressure hoses
For connection to the metering device, between the me-
tering devices and to the lube points, use hoses of nomi-
nal width DN6, DN8 or DN10 corresponding to the straight
fittings or screw fittings used.
Control piston – Closure plugs
IMPORTANT
A control piston's closure screw 2 can be
removed only in exchange for a piston
detector 7 (Fig. 5-3).
