Install the claws.

Move the claw assembly out of the way of the slots
in P12 by twisting the red worm gear (P5).

Thread the ribbon through the rest of the machine as
shown. Make sure the ribbon sits above the rollers (A7).

Thread the ribbon through the slots of P12 as shown.
The ribbon on the left should be about 12 inches
longer than the ribbon on the right.
