Getting Started Assembling the Handlebar • UNSCREW THE NUTS FROM THE BOLTS. • THREAD THE THROTTLE CORD THROUGH THE HOLE IN THE STEM UNTIL THE WHITE CONNECTER EMERGES THROUGH THE BOTTOM OF THE STEM. • POSITION THE HANDLEBAR ON TOP OF THE STEM SO THAT THE THROTTLE IS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE STEM WITH THE HOLE. -

YOU WILL NEED TO PROPEL THE SCOOTER FORWARD MANUALLY WITH 5 TO 8 CONSECUTIVE FOOT KICKS BEFORE USING THE THUMB THROTTLE TO TAKE OVER MOVEMENT. -
