Select the printer from the list.

Color Cartridge replacement required

A new color print cartridge needs to be installed.
Note: A variable amount of ink remains in the color cartridge.
Follow these steps to replace the color cartridge in your printer:

Cancel the print job if it has not been canceled yet.

Replace the color cartridge with a new cartridge.

Print your document again.
