  • Page 2 Sales and refunds Processing a contactless sale Enter amount, or select ‘Sale’ and enter amount. Customer must tap card/phone. If device beeps, card has been read. Follow on-screen instructions. Processing a sale using Chip and PIN Enter amount or select ‘Sale’ and enter amount.

    Processing a refund Whether it be contactless, chip, swipe or keyed, select ‘Refund’ from the menu and follow the on-screen instructions. Void transaction Select ‘Void’ from menu. Enter the sequence number from receipt. Follow on-screen instructions. If you don’t enter a sequence number and press ‘OK’, the last transaction will be void.
  • Page 4 Cashback Cashback will be offered for chipped and swiped debit card payments. Select ‘OK’, if customer wants cashback. Enter the amount which is added to sum total. Continue payment. End of day Set to run automatically or manually. If automatic, ensure terminal remains on at all times.

  • Page 6 Receipts and reports Duplicating transaction receipt Select ‘Duplicate’ from menu. Enter the sequence number from receipt. Follow on screen instructions. If you don’t enter a sequence number and press ‘OK’, the last transaction receipt will be duplicated. Printing a report Select ‘Reports’.

    Points to note Not connected If Cloud icon displays, the terminal is not connected. Check router, and cable, then restart terminal. Transactions referred If transaction is referred, the device will display a message to call for authorisation. Enter password and authorisation code.
