Advanced Call Handling

Advanced call-handling tasks require access to special
features. Your system administrator might configure
these features for your phone depending on your
call-handling needs and work environment.

Parking and Retrieving Parked Calls

You can "park" a call when you want to store the call
so that you or someone else can retrieve it from
another phone in the Cisco CallManager system (for
example, a phone at a co-worker's desk or in a
conference room). Call Park is a feature that your
system administrator must enable for you.

Store an active call
by using Call Park
Cisco Wireless IP Phone 7920 for Cisco CallManager
Then...
During a call, press
Park and press it. The system
stores the call.
The phone screen displays the
special call park number at which
the call is stored. Make a note of
the call park number.
