If you want to...

Retrieve a parked

call

Tip

You have a limited amount of time to retrieve the

parked call before it reverts to ringing at its original

destination. See your system administrator for this

time limit.

Picking Up a Redirected Call on Your

Phone

Your system administrator might enable Call PickUp

for your phone if you share call-handling with

co-workers. Call PickUp allows you to answer a call

that is ringing on a co-worker's phone by redirecting

the call to your phone. You can use Call PickUp

features to handle calls for co-workers who are in

your call pickup group (PickUp) or who are in another

pickup group (GPickUp).

Then...

Enter the call park number from

any phone in the

Cisco CallManager system to

connect to the call.
