For your own safety, please read the user manual carefully before use and follow these basic precautions when using this appliance: • Make sure the power supply corresponds to the rated voltage indicated on this appliance before plugging in.
  • Page 3 I. Product Features 1. Scale installing port- Rotate the platform clockwise/ anticlockwise to install/ remove it. 2. LCD display- Display the weight of your food. 3. SCALE button- Press this button to turn the scale on/ off. 4. MODE button- Select the weight mode. Weight modes include g, oz, kg and so on.
  • Page 4 SEAL-N-WEIGH - English 6. DRY/MOIST FOOD settings button- For the optimal vacuuming and sealing of foods, press this button to select the DRY/MOIST FOOD settings for different foods. The indicator light will become illuminated. Choose the MOIST FOOD setting for moist or juicy foods. Choose the DRY FOOD setting for foods without liquid.
  • Page 5 II. PRODUCT SRUCTURE 1. Vacuum nozzle- This is used for removing air from bags/ canisters/ bottles. Do not cover this nozzle when vacuuming a bag. Accessory hose is required when vacuuming a canister or bottle 2. Sealing strip- Used together with the rubber bar, the sealing strip creates a seal for a bag with heat.
  • Page 6 SEAL-N-WEIGH - English the batteries are installed, you can also use the digital scale even though the power cord is not plugged in. (AAA batteries are sold separately) 7. Platform- Weigh the food. Rotate to remove it when it is not in use.
  • Page 7 III. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Take out the power cord from the packaging. Plug it into the AC power port. Then plug it into an electrical outlet. The power indicator light on control panel will become illuminated. 2. Gently turn the levers on both sides of the appliance to the VAC position.

    VI. Tips for vacuum sealing canisters 1. Place the item to be packaged into the canister. Place the lid on top of the canister. Turn the knob to the SEAL position. 2. Insert one end of the accessory hose into the center of the lid.

    SEAL-N-WEIGH - English there is no foreign objects and there is no wrinkles, or it will lead to a failed seal. 6. When vacuum packaging a large item, to prevent wrinkles in the seal, gently stretch bag flat while placing it into the vacuum channel.

    5. Wipe away any food or liquid on the vacuum channel with a paper towel. 6. Dry the appliance thoroughly before using it again. 7. The weighing sensor of scale is a precise part. Please gently wipe the platform when cleaning. Do not press it too hard.

Bouton de paramétrage DRY/MOIST FOOD- Pour une mise sous vide et un scellement optimal des aliments, appuyez sur ce bouton pour sélectionner les paramètres pour différents aliments secs ou humides.     XIV. STRUCTURE DU PRODUIT 1. Buse de mise sous vide- Elle est utilisée pour enlever l’air des sacs / boîtes / bouteilles. Ne recouvrez pas cette buse lors de la mise sous vide d’un sac. Le tuyau accessoire est nécessaire lorsque de la mise sous vide d’une boîte ou d’une bouteille.

Levier- Pour commencer le processus de mise sous vide, mettre le levier sur la position VAC. Pour utiliser la balance numérique ou stocker l’appareil, tournez le levier sur la position SCALE.

    INSTRUCTIONS DE FONCTIONNEMENT 1. Retirez le cordon d’alimentation de l’emballage. Branchez- le au port d’alimentation CA. Ensuite, branchez-le dans une prise électrique. Le voyant d’alimentation sur le panneau de commande s’allumera. 2. Placez doucement les leviers des deux côtés de l’appareil sur la position VAC.
