Universal repeater mode

4.3.1
Overview
In Universal Repeater mode, this device expands your existing WiFi network for broader network
coverage. After bridging, the WiFi name and password of this device are the same as those of your
existing WiFi network.
Network requirement: You want to use the AP to extend your existing WiFi network. And after
bridging, the WiFi name and key need to be the same as those of your existing WiFi network.
Option 1: Using the Range Extender button
To use this option, your existing wireless router must have a WPS button.
Step 1 Place the AP near your existing wireless router, power it on and wait until its SYS LED
indicator blinks.
Step 2 Press the WPS button on your existing router.
Step 3 Within 2 minutes, press the Range Extender button on the AP for about 3 seconds, and
then release it when its WPS LED indicator blinks.
