Troubleshooting

Errors during device operation are displayed in the Faults Panel in the lower right corner of the
screen. The table below shows the possible faults:
Error Observation
Case Lid is open.
Lid 1 / Lid 2
Measured tank
Overheat temperature is
above 50°C.
Sample mixing is not
No spin
happening.

Function
Electrophoresis Power turns
off when Case Lid is opened
for safety.
Auxiliary Power and
Electrophoresis Power are
turned off to prevent
further heating.
Stirring motor is stalled or
unable to rotate.
Fix
Close Case Lid and press
"Reset Faults" button to
turn electrophoresis back
on.
