3.3.10 Reference Signal

1. Set the front panel controls on Type 5998 as follows:
2. Apply 3.5 V at 1 kHz to the Generator Input BNC socket using cable AO 0479.
3. Use the Measuring Amplifier to check there is about 35 mV on the Output BNC
4. Use the Measuring Amplifier to check there is the same 35 mV on:
5. Check that the Ref. Adj. potentiometer can change the signal about ± 10 dB.
