Generator Input

1. Set the front panel controls on Type 5998 as follows:
2. Apply 3.5 V at 1 kHz to the Generator Input BNC socket using cable AO 0479.
3. Use the Measuring Amplifier to check there is 7 V on the Output BNC socket
4. Use the oscilloscope to check that the signal on the Output BNC socket is not
5. Use the Measuring Amplifier to check there is the same 7 V on pin 5 of the
BI 5044 –11
