  • Page 5 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS The assembly of this vehicle must be done by an adult. The assembly pro- cess can take 30 minutes to 60 minutes. The included small packaging presents a choking hazard, please ensure children are strictly prohibited while assembling. Installation tools required: screwdriver, screw, inner hexagonal wrench (in- cluded).

    1. SHOCK ABSORBER ASSEMBLY Begin assembly with the car in an upside-down position. The vehicle has built-in shock absorbers, they are located at the front and rear end of the car. The shock absorbers are to be installed with the front and rear axle. To install, start with the rear axle.

    2. FRONT AXLE ASSEMBLY Parts Required: Front Axle, 8*12MM Screws Begin assembly with the car in an upside-down position. Ensure the front axle slot is aligned to the steering column rod. Insert the steering column rod into the front axle slot, then secure it with the cotter pin. Install the front axle onto the car body, then fix with 4*12 flathead screws on each side.

    3. REAR AXLE ASSEMBLY Parts Required: Rear Axle The rear bracket has a small hole for the rear axle rod to pass through. In- sert the rear axle into the corresponding rear bracket hole. Ensure the rod is equally distanced on both ends.

    4. MOTOR ASSEMBLY Parts Required: 2*Motors (1 x rear left, 1 x rear right) Slide the motor on one end of the axle, ensure it is fully inserted through the fixed hole and into the car body. Connect the rear motor wires with their matching pair from the car body.

    5. WHEEL ASSEMBLY The front wheel is to be assembled in the following order. Insert the front wheel onto the front axle rod, washer, and nut. Tighten the nut to secure, and install the wheel cover. a. Front wheel assembly...

    b. Rear wheel assembly 1. First, adjust the rear axle until the rod is equally distanced on both sides. The length must be equal on both ends. 2. The wheel is to be assembled in the following order. Insert the rear wheel, tire sleeve (included with wheel), washer, and nut.

    7. FENCE ASSEMBLY Parts Required: Fence Position the fence onto the corresponding slot at the rear end of the car. Push firmly until it “clicks” to secure. Fix the fence with self-tapping screws to secure it. 8. SEAT ASSEMBLY Parts Required: Seat block, Seat, Backrest The seat assembly is composed of three parts.
  • Page 15 2. The backrest must be inserted on the corresponding slots from the car body. Locate the slots on the car body for the backrest. Install the back- rest by pressing firmly downwards.
  • Page 16 3. The seat must be inserted into the back rest. Push the seat into the backrest, then fix the seat onto the seat block with self-tapping screws. 9. ROLLBAR ASSEMBLY Parts Required: Left and Right support bar (A), Center bar (B), 12 MM Screw*2 (Rollbar A) (Rollbar B) The rollbar assembly requires the installation of 3 parts.

    2. To complete the roll bar assembly, put together the upper and lower roll bar in between the support bars. Ensure it is placed in the center of the left and right support bars, and aligned onto the screw holes. Gently, fix the center roll bar with screws.
  • Page 18 2. Connect the steering wheel wire with it’s matching pair from the steering column. 3. Insert the steering wheel into the steering column. Align the steering wheel with the steering column screw hole. Fix the steering wheel with the screw and nut to complete assembly. (Attention: please refer to the openings of the screw hole.

    11. BATTERY CONNECTION Open the cover on the front hood of the vehicle. Locate the (red) battery wire inside. Plug the battery wire together to enable power. Please note, the car will not operate or function if the battery wire is disconnected. Once the battery wire is connected, close the battery cover.
  • Page 20 REMOTE CONTROL INSTRUCTION 2.4GHz Remote Control Pairing Procedures 1. To pair the remote with the vehicle, install two AAA 1.5V batteries. Un- screw and push the battery cover open on the back of the remote. Please pay attention to the positive and negative polarity in the battery holder.
  • Page 21 WARNING 1. When operating the car with the remote, the distance between the car to remote should not exceed 10m range. 2. The remote is provided for adult’s to operate. Keep away from children. 3. Before using the remote, carefully read the instruction manual, ensuring all functions are reviewed properly before operating.
  • Page 22 How to insert batteries: Use a screwdriver to unscrew the back cover of the remote. Install two AAA 1.5V alkaline type batteries according to the diagram (batteries not included). Fix the battery cover with a screw. How to remove batteries: Use a screwdriver to unscrew the back cover of the remote.
