  • Page 6 1. FRONT AXLE ASSEMBLY Parts required: #17, #21 Start the installation with up-side-down position. Remove the bolt/nut set from the centre section of the front axle as shown in the diagram. Slide the axle brackets into the short porting of the steering column, place the washer and secure the connection with cotter pin.
  • Page 7 Adjust the the loose side of the axle to right position, fix it with the main frame of the axle with the bolt/nut set. 2. FRONT WHEEL ASSEMBLY Parts required: #8, #9, #11, #17, #18, #20 Slide the front wheel into the axle. then the M12 washer. Secure the con- nection with M10 nut.
  • Page 8 3. REAR WHEEL ASSEMBLY Parts required: #8, #10, #11, #12, #17, #18, #20 Slide the corresponding motor (labeled L/R) through the axle for given side. Connect the power cable. Slide the rear wheel into the axle. then the M12 washer. Secure the connection with M10 nut. Note, both sides need to be tightened at the same time.

  • Page 11 6. STEERING WHEEL ASSEMBLY Parts required: #6 A. Connect the cable from steering wheel with car. B. Slide as much cable as possible through the opening. Slide the steering wheel through the steering column, align the opening and secure the con- nection with M5*35mm bolt and M5 nut set.
  • Page 12 8. LEFT, RIGHT AND REAR SAFETY GUARDS ASSEMBLY Parts required: #3, #4, #5, #18 (1) Connect the rear guard bar into designated slots from left/right guard bar as shown on the diagram. Fix the connection with 2 x M4*10mm screws each side.

  • Page 14 REMOTE CONTROL INSTRUCTION NOTE: This product does not included the AAA(1.5v) 2.4GHz Remote Control Pairing Procedures This remote is equipped with a memory function to retain it’s connection with your car. When replacing the batteries, you do not need to re-pair the remote.
  • Page 15 FUSE This car is equipped with an auto-reset fuse. If the car stops suddenly while driving, it is caused by the instantaneous current exceeding, enabling the fuse to trip. This will result in the car disabling for about 8 seconds, and this fuse can be reset.

  • Page 17 CHARGING PROCEDURES • For safety purposes, charging must be done by adults. • When initially assembled, connect the (red) battery wires under the hood. Charge for 8-12 hours before using. • The charging port is located on the dashboard. Follow the instructions to charge the battery.
