Front Bumper

Installation Time: about 2 hours by 2 men(3 men better)

Tools Required:

19mm Wrench & Socket.

INCLUDED COMPONENTS :

(1) Bumper

(2)the complete kit of bolts for installation

Installation Instructions:

STEP 1

Clean and ready to install part of the front bumper.The red circle in the

picture is used to install the screws.

Page 2 STEP 2 Prepare the front bumper and the winch plate to start the installation. STEP 3 We highly recommend install the bull bar on the front bumper first with the corresponding bolts.
Page 3 STEP 4 Intall the winch plate.First,put the bolts and nuts in both side.As shown below. STEP 5 After the step 4,then put the winch plate to the corresponding position.The winch plate need to hook the bolts on both side.As shown below.And don’t forget to tighten the screws.
Page 4 STEP 6 And then tighten the winch plate with the corresponding bolts，washers and nuts.The both side is the same.As shown below.
Page 6 STEP 7 Insert both ends of the bumper into the front of the JK at the same time.Shown as below. STEP 8 After step 7,insert the bumper into the appropriate screw port for installation.Then install the corresponding nuts on the bumper.
Page 7 STEP 9 After all above,the last step is tighten the nuts on the bumper.As shown below.(The both side is the same.)
Page 8 STEP 10 Once you have everything in place you are finished with installation. Congratulations on your new product.
