7. Open the printer cover and make sure that the paper is
feeding correctly. If it is not straight, press and hold the
load/eject button for three seconds to eject the paper, then
feed the paper again.
The roll paper is now loaded. Next, set up the printer driver and
try printing. For details on setting up the printer driver, refer to
"Printing on roll paper" on page 1-17.
Switching between roll paper and single sheets
To switch from roll paper to single sheet printing, follow these
steps:
1. Remove the roll paper and spindle from the Roll Paper
Holder. There is no need to remove the Roll Paper Holder to
print on sheets of paper.
Note:
The spindle can be left in the Roll Paper Holder when the paper
support is attached. However, you must first remove the roll paper
from the spindle, then replace the spindle in the holder.
2. Mount the paper support in the slot on the Roll Paper Holder.
3. Load the sheet paper as described in your printer manual.
