4.0 Getting Started/Configuring Cognivue Thrive

The first time Cognivue Thrive is turned on, a configuration wizard will be displayed. This wizard will
guide you through a sequence of steps to get the system ready.

Step 1: Setting up connectivity

This step will allow you to connect the Cognivue Thrive device to a network. Connecting to a network
will allow your facility to run tests and access reports from other computers within the same network.
In addition, Cognivue remotely provides regular software updates that enable new features, fixes issues,
and ensures that the system configuration remains secure. These automatic software updates require
your Cognivue Thrive to be periodically connected to our cloud server through your network.
To access a network connection, click on the Up/Down icon in the status bar at the upper right of the
screen and select the wifi network. In this example, the network is "Cognivue", but you will connect to
your network with a different name. You will be prompted to enter in the wifi password for the selected
network, and then click connect.
