3. Physician Letter: This document is intended for the physician. It provides the reason why the
user took the Cognivue Thrive.
Physician Letter
To remove old reports on an automatic cycle, log in as an Administrator user and select the Device
Administration >> Settings selection. Select the Data Cleaning tab on the left side. This will show the
Data Cleaning Configuration Window.

To enable automatic report removal, click the checkbox to enable data removal, enter a whole number
(no decimals) into the day(s) field, and click on the 'Save' Button. The number in the day(s) field
represents how old any given report can be before the system automatically removes it. Upon clicking
