6.14.5 Enable/Disable Starting character and Ending character

There is a character before and after the Codabar barcode data as the start character and
the stop character. The start character and the stop character are one of the four characters "A",
"B", "C", and "D". The terminator is represented by "T", "N", "*", and "E". It can be set to not
output the start character and stop character or output one of four formats.
