Components use

Cooking with a wood-burning cookstove is an art that requires several attempts to get to know
and control the appliance. Many factors can influence how the cookstove will heat the oven
and the cooking surface. Among them, the type of fuel used and its quality, the size of the logs
and when to load before cooking. It is therefore recommended to do several tests to make the
Chic-Choc your own.
It is prohibited to put or store inside the required appliance clearances: alcohol,
gasoline, liquid fuel, flammable materials, ashes, paper and wood in the accessory
compartment.
