TOOLS NEEDED:

• 11/16" Open-end or Box-end Wrench
• Ratchet with 11/16" Socket
• 7/16" Open-end Wrench
• Flat Head Screw Driver
• Level

ASSEMBLY HARDWARE: All hardware is stainless steel.
(4) 7/16"-14 (4) 7/16" Lock Washer

ASSEMBLY:

The assembly is a two-person operation.
1. Inspect the shipping container contents for damage and to
determine that all components and hardware are present.
2. Lay all parts on a soft work surface or on the shipping
packaging to prevent damage to finish.
NOTE: Before assembling the nuts to the bolts, it is
recommended that a light oil or petroleum jelly be applied to
the screw threads.
3. Align the mounting studs in one of the bench ends with the
holes in the appropriate end of the bench seat.
4. Insert the mounting studs on the bench end through the
mounting holes in the bench seat. Install a 7/16" flat washer,
then a 7/16" lock washer and a 7/16" hex nut on each of the
mounting studs.
Repeat this step for the opposite bench end.
Leave the hardware finger tight so that adjustments can be
made during assembly and to level the bench.
