    3. EXTENDER SETTINGS 3.1 USING THE ON SCREEN MENU Use the monitor and keyboard to use the main menu. To access the main menu: 1. Make sure the extenders, the monitors and the computer are switched on. 2. Press the Scroll Lock key on your keyboard quickly five times. 3.

Select one of the three options (VGA, Audio and RS232) to enter the submenu. The other four can be activated or deactivated by pressing the corresponding button. However, since our extenders are normally detected as USB 2.0 HUB‘s, some PC‘s may abort the boot process. This can be avoided with the USB Compatibility Mode. 3.6.3 USB REMOTE WAKE UP The PC can be put into sleep mode and reactivated with any key.

EXTENDER SETTINGS 3.7 REMOTE SETTINGS • Press the R button to display the Remote Setting menu. 3.7.1 EDITING A KEYBOARD LAYOUT The Keyboard Local menu lets you switch between keyboard layouts for navigating the on screen display menu (OSD). You can choose between French (FR), English (EN) and German (DE).

Therefore the changes should be done slow and the synchronization takes a bit more time The monitor sync strength can be adjusted between 0-3.
