Between the stove and the floor, if the latter could be inflammable, be sure to insert heat
protection, ensuring it protrudes at the front and sides by at least 20 cm.
Connect the power supply cable to a 230 volt mains outlet.
Make sure that the body work of the stove is earthed correctly.
FLUSH-FITTING INSTALLATION
For flush-fitting installation, the following indications must be taken into account:
• The installation of the stove must be carried out by specialized technical personnel.
• Apply steel guides to the bottom of the flush-fitting stove so it can slide.
• Fix the metal plate (flush-fitting kit) into the fireplace or coated furnishings and onto a
solid supporting base, using materials to guarantee a safe and adequate support for the
weight of the flush-fitting stove when fully loaded (140 Kg) when activated to load the
pellet.
• Between the stove smoke discharge and the smoke flue, a "T" inspection junction must
always be installed to enable removal of the dust, and to which high temperature triple
mesh (SIL 3-360° constant) silicon bellows are connected with steel turns; this enables
the insert to be actuated with the smoke discharge always connected. This device must
be installed according to precise indications given by the retailer.
• Leave about 15 cm. of space on the sides and upper part of the stove and about 10 cm.
at the rear for air circulation and connect the combustion air inlet to the outside.
• Make sure there is an air passage of at least 1.5 sq. decimetre for convection.
• The material that makes up the case must respect the laws and regulations for applica-
tion on heating systems. If exposed to heat it must not in any way whatsoever give off
toxic smoke and must be self-extinguishing to guarantee safety.
• The pellet fuel should be loaded when the stove is not ignited.
NOTE: it is possible to change the direction of the flue
gas outlet, (standard, on the back inside the stove) so
that the outlet can be on the left side, looking at the
stove from the front. To take advantage of this possi-
bility it is necessary to disassemble and turn the flue
exhauster motor screw through 90°, tighten the
screws in the new position and make an 90 mm hole
on the desired side (this modification must be
done only and exclusively by the installer)..

SAFETY
Constantly check the state of the discharge gas bellows. If any cracks or other signs
of deterioration are present replace it immediately. Bellows must be substituted if smoke
can be smelled during normal stove operation. The average life foreseen for SIL 3 bellows
is about two years, if carefully used and maintained. In any case, substitute the bellows every
two years.

OPERATION

• After installing the stove as described
above, fill the fuel box on top of the
stove with the pellets through the door
on the stove. The fuel box should al-
ways contain enough fuel to guarantee
a regular supply to the stove and the
door should be closed during opera-
tion.
• Make sure that the hearth is correctly
inserted into the tray. If the hearth is
not inserted properly or is very dirty it
may cause poor combustion or the fire
may not ignite.
• Make sure that the hearth door and the
ash collection drawer are closed prop-
erly so that smoke does not escape, moreover, excessive air infiltration will increase
smoke production and deposit more dirt in the hearth and on the glass.
