Fan
The axial fan contains blades made from synthetic material that is
extremely resistant to impact, high and low temperatures, and corrosive
chemical products.
The 820 fan has 9 blades and the 920 mm fan has 10 blades.
The angle of the blades can be varied between three different angles:
35º, 40º (standard) or 45º. This means that the air flow can be adapted to
the crop, i.e. for little vegetation where an excessive air flow is not
required, the machine can be used with the blades at 35º, giving
significant savings in power consumption. Varying the angle of the
blades is a specialist job. Please contact your HARDI dealer if
modification is required

DANGER! NEVER attempt to change the angle of the blades. This
must only be performed by ILEMO-HARDI S.A.U. If you need to
change the blade angle, contact your HARDI dealer.
The fan has a built-in clutch - see section "Clutch" for further information.
Gearbox
The axial blower units include a 2-speed gearbox with neutral position.
It is attached to the chassis on the underside and at the front. It includes
a speed selection system that prevents it from skipping a gear during
operation or journeys on roads.
The speeds are as follows:
1st low: 1-3.4
2nd. high: 1-4.4
SF65 JET air kit
This is a polyester deflector containing fixed inner blades that channel
the air and ensure a perfectly uniform airflow at the outlet.
The air output is uniform from top to bottom. It contains adjustable top
ailerons to adapt the mistblower as best as possible to the tree height.
This type of deflector is ideal for fan or central axis plantations.
This model is only available for 820 mm fan.
