TROUBLESHOOTING
If these solutions do not solve the problem, contact an authorised service centre.
Problem
Possible cause
The battery charge is low.

Solution
Charge the battery.
Disconnect the charger from product.
Insert the start key, and turn it to the ON position.
Check and clean all the battery connections.
Install the start key, and turn to the ON position.
Move the drive levers in the preferred direction (forward or
reverse).
Release the brake pedal and the parking brake, then open and
close the drive levers to reset the mower.
Disconnect the charger from product.
Fully sit down on the seat, return the drive levers to the neutral
position, and try again.
Check the tyre pressure in all four tyres.
Perform cutting deck level adjustment.
Replace the blade.
Clean underside of the mower deck.
Mow at a slower speed.
Wait until the grass dries before mowing.
Mow once at a high cutting height, then mow again at the
preferred height.
Replace the blade.
Mow at a slower speed.
Replace the blade.
Stop the motor, and remove the start key. Inspect the product
for damage. Have the product serviced by an authorised service
centre before restarting.
