11 Trouble-shooting
Solution/Measures
▸ Close the appliance door.
– If the alarm is still being emit-
ted:
▸ Touch any button to acknow-
ledge the alarm.
▸ Check the door seal, contents
and installation situation for any
obstructions.
– After acknowledging 3×, an
error message appears: A1
or A2.
▸ Contact Customer Services.
Solution/Measures
▸ No action necessary.
– Normal appliance behaviour.
The appliance protects the
food from temperatures that
are too cold through additional
heat input.
Solution/Measures
▸ Contact Customer Services.
– The appliance switches to the
emergency mode. The con-
tents are kept refrigerated, but
the appliance cannot record
the current temperature value.
Solution/Measure
▸ Bring the temperature of the
room where the appliance is in-
stalled to within the operating
range of 10–43 °C.
Solution/Measure
▸ Check the freezer compartment
for blocked air inlets or outlets.
Remove any blockages and ac-
knowledge the error message.
▸ If there are no blockages or the
error message persists: Contact
Customer Services.
