Support Code: **** A printer error has occurred. Turn the printer off and then on again. If
this doesn't clear the error, the printer needs repair. See the user's guide and contact the

If any object is placed in front of the printer, remove it.
Turn off the printer, and unplug the power cord of the printer from the power supply.
Plug the printer back in and turn the printer back on.

Important
Do not place any objects in front of the printer; otherwise, the paper output tray does not
open and an error will occur.
Do not close the paper output tray while the printer is in operation; otherwise, an error will
occur.
