Back of the Paper Is Smudged

Check 1: Did you confirm the paper and print quality settings?
Print Results Not Satisfactory
Check 2: Is the paper feed roller dirty?
Clean the paper feed roller.
Cleaning the Paper Feed Rollers from Your Computer
Note
Cleaning the paper feed roller will wear the roller, so perform this procedure only when
necessary.
Check 3: Perform the Bottom Plate Cleaning to clean the inside of the
printer.

When performing borderless printing, duplex printing, or too much printing, the inside may
become stained with ink.
