IP phone can set call forward in the IP Phone UI or on its web GUI.

Operation – Delete Forward
On your XD10 phone press [fx], then press 2 + 0. This will delete call forward.
•
Operation – Disable or Enable CALL Forward.
On your XD10 phone press [fx], then press 2 + 9. The call forward setting will be
disabled temporarily. Pressing [fx] then 2 + 9 again will enable the call forward
setting.
