If the camera's Frame Start Trigger Mode parameter is set to on and the Frame Start Trigger source
parameter is set to software, you must apply a software frame start trigger to the camera to begin
each frame acquisition. A software frame start trigger is applied by:
Setting the Trigger Selector parameter to frame start.
Executing a Trigger Software command.
Assuming that the camera is in a "waiting for frame start" acquisition status, frame acquisition will
start when the software frame start trigger is received by the camera. Figure 23 illustrates frame
acquisition with a software frame start trigger.
(Note that as long as the Trigger Selector parameter remains set to Frame Start, a software frame
start trigger will be applied to the camera each time a Trigger Software command is executed.)
