4.2.3 PC and Device Network Segment Detection

Before using the PC to communicate with the CANSwitch-AF2S2 device, make sure
that your PC and the CANSwitch-AF2S2 device are on the same network segment.
The CANE device is set with a default IP address (192.168.0.178) and network mask
(255.255.255.0) when it leaves the factory. Check whether the device is on the same
