Technical problems
After charging the program, the Hard Cover Maker 650 does not press my
cover.
You probably have chosen a program with a higher temperature setting. Wait
until the Hard Cover Maker 650 is preheated and ready to use.
My selected program is not set
After selecting a program, make sure you confirm with (B), otherwise your
currently active program stays active.
I have technical/mechanical problems
Contact your local Peleman reseller. Never try to open or modify the product
yourself, only trained technicians are allowed to open and/or service the
product.
Maintenance
If you are creating books on the Hard Cover Maker 650 using Hard Cover
Basic with resin, it can happen that the resin starts to melt due to the high
temperature or long pressing (when gluing the mirrors).
The melted resin will stick to the protection frame. If you don't clean the
protection frame, the resin will stick to your next created cover.
To clean the protection frame, use a soft cloth and a 'seal and bond remover'.
Wipe the frame until all resin has disappeared. Peleman has 'seal and bond
remover aerosols (500ml)' available for purchase. Use the following article
