Hard Cover Basic
The Hard Cover Basic is an in-house
designed innovative and patented pre-made
cover developed for use with the Hard Cover
systems. The Hard Cover Basic is covered
with a thin layer of hotmelt on the outside
and inside.
Use the Spine Maker Press to shape the
distinctive and unique metal U-spine.
Afterwards your cover is ready for binding
with the Thermal Binding Machines.
Hard Cover Basic for Clamp Binding
The Hard Cover for Clamp Binding is a Hard
Cover Basic that can be made for clamp
binding documents. Use the Spine Maker
Press with the Spine Casette for 80 pages to
shape the U-spine into the cover. Afterwards,
insert the clamps on the resin and place the
Hard Cover Basic on the Thermal Binding
Machine to bind the clamps to the cover.
When the resin is fluid, press on the clamps
to ensure the binding.
Your clamp cover is now ready to insert your
documents.
